Mobile & SMS Privacy Policy

This Mobile & SMS Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Porky Products (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained through our websites, mobile applications, and SMS text messaging programs.

2. SMS / Mobile Messaging Information

If you opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from us, we collect and store your mobile phone number and related opt-in details (such as date, time, and method of consent).

  • Comply with TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier requirements

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties except as required to operate the messaging program or comply with law.
